Her journey began as the Executive Assistant to the late Founder Chairman, helping her gain invaluable insight into the company’s foundational values and the essence of leadership.

She manages manufacturing businesses in the energy and hydrocarbon sector, focusing on vertical and horizontal growth strategies and exploring emerging technologies to drive innovation, with a strong commitment to the company's long-term success, dedicated to navigating new opportunities.

As a new initiative she founded BGR Tech Limited in 2022 to provide solutions for handling requirements for the Clean Renewable Energy and Decarbonization process to meet the growing business and environmental need to sustain our planet.

She is also a Director of GEA BGR Energy System Limited & SCHMITZ Gmbh

Mr. Parthiban Selvaraj esteemed Head of Business Development (Oil & Gas Processing and Hydrogen) at BGR Tech Limited. A seasoned professional with a Mechanical Engineering degree in Anna University and Senior Management Program in Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Mr. Parthiban has been an integral part of BGR Tech group since 2012, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic growth and innovation in the energy sector. Before joining BGR Tech, he gained invaluable experience working with leading Oil & Gas, Power and Water treatment companies.
Mr. Parthiban’s technical and managerial proficiency has been instrumental in Developing advanced solutions for oil and gas processing systems. Also spearheading initiatives in hydrogen production and its derivatives, storage, and utilization, aligning with global energy transition goals, Identifying and capturing emerging market opportunities in renewable energy and sustainable practices Strengthening the company’s portfolio through innovation in modular systems and process optimization. With a deep understanding of industry dynamics and a passion for driving sustainable growth, Mr. Parthiban continues to lead the charge in advancing BGR Tech's mission to deliver innovative, future-ready solutions in oil & gas processing and hydrogen energy.

Mr. Sundar, Vice President for the Hydrogen Business at BGR Tech Limited, is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a management degree from BITS Pilani. With over 30 years of extensive experience, he has excelled in sales and marketing, strategic management, and business development, spanning across industries such as oil & gas, critical engineering systems and with large conglomerates.
He has significant international exposure, having successfully managed multiple contracts with repeat client contracts while expanding operations into new geographical markets. His expertise lies in identifying growth opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to business needs.
As a seasoned professional, Mr. Sundar is driving BGR Tech’s hydrogen business initiatives, focusing on sustainable energy solutions. His leadership is pivotal in steering the company’s strategic growth in the emerging green energy sector, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, excellence and global sustainability goals.

Mr. Pramod Achanath, Vice President of Marketing and Special Projects (Heat Exchangers) at BGR Tech Limited, is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with over three decades of diverse experience in the engineering and energy sectors. His expertise spans heat exchangers, industrial valves, instrumentation, and pumps, with a strong focus on design, application, and marketing tailored to industrial needs. He has substantial exposure to project execution, efficiently managing complex engineering projects from conception to delivery while ensuring adherence to technical and operational excellence.

With significant experience in both domestic and international markets, Mr. Pramod has successfully expanded BGR Tech’s footprint through strategic partnerships, client relationship management, and entry into new geographies. His ability to align technical solutions with customer requirements has contributed to the successful execution of large-scale projects. A visionary leader, Mr. Pramod combines technical acumen with strategic insight, playing a critical role in advancing BGR Tech’s reputation as a global leader in heat exchanger technology and engineering innovation.

N. Bakkiyaraj leads our engineering division with unparalleled expertise and dedication. Holding a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, he brings a wealth of knowledge across diverse industrial sectors, including Oil & Gas processing, process and water treatment, power plants, and equipment design for EPC projects.

An expert in various advanced engineering tools, Mr. Bakkiyaraj has a proven track record in basic design, as well as designing and engineering static & rotary, process, thermal, and heat transfer equipment, adhering to international standards such as ASME, API, EN, Indian Standards, and local regulations. His proficiency extends to steel storage tanks, process packages, utility packages, material handling systems, and HVAC design.

He has worked on various international projects and in several countries across Europe and the UAE, including Germany, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Qatar, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai, making him familiar with international standards and procedures.

His contributions include the successful design and implementation of power boilers, turbo machinery, process pumps, and technical systems for large-scale industrial applications. With strong capabilities in technical documentation, vendor coordination, and system integration, Bakkiyaraj ensures excellence in every project he undertakes.

Mr. Sarath Kumar C. V. leading the Human Resources Department of BGR Tech Limited. He has been an integral part of the organization contributing significantly to the development of our people and culture. He holds a Master’s degree Specialisation in HR & Business Administration combines academic excellence with practical expertise to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.

Murugan Sadasivam plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence at BGR Tech. Armed with a B.E. and MBA, he excels in project management tools ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.

His leadership extends to Offshore and Onshore Projects, emphasizing contractual compliance, efficient Export/Import coordination, and Cash flow management. Murugan has successfully managed large-scale multi discipline projects involving Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Storage tanks, Separators, Air pre-heaters, Oil and Gas Processing skids, Metering skids, Water Treatment Systems and more for esteemed clients.

Murugan specializes in Delivering Projects within planned timelines and Costs, maintaining project profitability, and ensuring adherence to corporate and investor guidelines. He demonstrates expertise in Resource planning, Risk assessment, Factory Operations, and Client engagement, all while ensuring on-time submission of Engineering Deliverables and Procurement Packages.

Mr. Sankaranarayanan, Head of the Purchase Department at BGR Tech Limited, is a Mechanical Engineer with over two decades of experience in supply chain management and logistics, specializing in forecasting, procurement, transportation, and inventory management within the manufacturing sectors.

An accomplished leader, Mr. Sankaranarayanan brings deep expertise in global trade compliance, regulations, and international logistics, making him adept at managing cross-border supply chains. His career spans multiple MNCs, where he has successfully overseen the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency in sourcing, production, and distribution.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sankaranarayanan has achieved significant milestones in cost reduction, process optimization, and vendor management. His work has made a strong impact across industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, and process industries, contributing to the development of sustainable, streamlined, and cost-effective supply chain operations.

R. Balasubramaniyan is a seasoned professional, oversees the financial operations at BGR Tech Limited. A Chartered & Cost Accountant and a Commerce Graduate, he brings a robust academic foundation to his role.

Balasubramaniyan specializes in comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making to ensure the organization’s fiscal health. Proficient in advanced finance and accounts software tools, he excels in streamlining financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Mr. Palani, is Head of the QA & QC Department strong mechanical  foundation, Mr. Palani possesses extensive experience in implementing and maintaining industry-specific certifications, ensuring consistent compliance with international quality standards. Mr. Palani’s technical acumen extends in Quality and implementing quality processes that align with stringent global standards, fostering operational excellence.

Prior to joining BGR Tech, Mr. Palani amassed decades of experience in critical sectors such as oil & gas, power industries & Windmill Industries where he specialized in quality control in fabrication and precision machining components. Under his leadership, the QA & QC Department has achieved Enhanced precision in inspection protocols for both in-house and vendor-sourced components. Streamlined compliance processes for international certifications, reducing lead times for approvals, Development of advanced quality control frameworks tailored to the unique requirements of power and energy systems.
