Indirect Water Bath Heater (IDBH):

As BGR Teach, shall offer a design, manufacturing & supply of Indirect Water Bath Heater which is a packaged unit & used to heat up the process fluids. The process coils and the fire tubes are immersed in a liquid bath. Heat is transferred from the fire tube to the liquid bath and then to the process fluid. This indirect method of heating provides safe and regulated heating of the process fluid.

Test / Production / Group Separators (Mobile / Skid Mounted)

As BGR Tech, shall offer a design, manufacturing & supply of Test / Production / Group Separator (Mobile / Skid Mounted) which are used in crude oil treatment and production for efficient separation of oil, gas and water. Depending on the working medium, Production Separators can be classified as Two-phase separators or Three-phase separators. Production Separators are usually supplied with high-accuracy and durable instruments, control and shut-off valves, piping and skid, and referred as Production Separator Module / Skid. Separator vessel is equipped with internal components, such as inlet deflector, vane pack, coalescer, wave breaker, weir plates, and mist extractor. Some projects require separator with heating system, usually electric-type, in order to prevent waxing and emulsion-control. Control and Automation system usually supplied by the vendor of the separator for Client’s convenience and for fast oil production.

Depending on the handling capacity and place of operation, can be designed for ground installation, mainly used for onshore production, or modular-designed used both in offshore or onshore, either in standalone item or part of the package, and can be designed to fit the trailer for ensure fast and effective mobility during operation.

Instrument Utility Gas (IUG) Conditioning Skids

Metering Skids (Gas / Liquid)

As BGR Tech, shall offer a design, manufacturing & supply of Metering Skid (Gas / Liquid) which is pre-assembled on a steel frame, engaged to the measurement of gas / Liquid products. It can be installed at the onshore or offshore location based on the requirement. Although several parameters are measured,the primary variable to be measured is the flow rate. Depending on the specific technology and user specifications, the measured flow rate can be a mass flow rate or a volumetric flow rate. The metering skid often used for further dealings, such as pressure-reduction by using control valves, filtration, and flow rate control by using different types of flow control valves.

Components of metering station:

The Metering Station may comprise of dispatch station, receiving station, remotely operated sectionalizing valve (SV) stations along with associated instrumentation, filtration skid, ultrasonic metering (USM) skid, pressure letdown skid, protection system, etc. Depending on the volume of gas handled by the gas metering station, the number and size of the components will vary. Although there are a large number of components in the metering skids, the following components are the most common items-

There are several types of flow meters depending on their fluid volume and fluid properties. Each meter measures the flow rate, but the operation and methods of measuring are different.

Each one of these meters can be used in both upstream production and midstream transportation. In upstream production, they can be used to monitor individual well production, custody transfer at a sales meter or to meter the amount of chemicals being injected. Here are the four types of flow meter:

Knock Out Drums

They can be installed in the gas processing line or in the flare stack base. Knock Out Drums are configured either horizontally or vertically and are sized according to each requirement.Construction could be of Carbon Steel, or of corrosive services Stainless steel. Automatic drain controls could be included to prevent the accumulation of fluids in the vessel. It can be used in Inlet KOD for Gas / Air / N2 Compressor / Gas Burner Inlet / Part of Gas Treatment Skid.

Flare Seal Drum / Flare Stack

As BGR Tech, shall offer a mechanical design, fabrication & supply of Flare Seal Drum on which the gas being burned off is made to pass through water before it goes to the burning stack. This stops air or gas from going back to the water barrier. Seal drums are used as a last step to separate liquid from gases that need to be released.

Flare stack:
As BGR Tech, shall offer a mechanical design, fabrication & supply of Flare Stack on which waste gases being released from the equipment getting too pressurized suddenly, releasing these untreated hydrocarbons into the air can be harmful to the environment. Burning gases like methane is better for the environment because when methane is burned it turns into carbon dioxide and steam which is less harmful than releasing methane directly. Environmental laws need careful watching of the flare stack to stop harmful substances especially unburned fuels from going into the air

Gas Sweetening Unit
