Essential Experience : Experience in Fabrication Industry and a Well- Developed Knowledge of Structural Fabrication, Header Box Fabrication, Heat Exchanger Manufacturing, and Assembling Eager to Work and Expand in the Technical field of Engineering, Fabrication, and Assemble.

Required Knowledge/Skills : Experience in Oil & Gas equipment, Cryogenic Storage Tanks, Mounded Bullets, Heat exchanger, Pressure Vessels, Double Deck Floating Roof Storage Tank, Piping & Structural, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation

Software Proficiency : Fabrication knowledge / MS Project / MS Office / AUTO CAD 2010.

Industry : High Value Capital Equipment companies / Other product supplier industries like Oil & Gas Equipments/ Heat Exchangers/ Valves / Pumps / compressors/ Water treatment.

Roles

  1. Supervise the fabrication of products as per the standards and specifications of the customer.
  2. Deliver the products on time with agreed quality specifications.

Responsilities

  1. Studied Different Fabrication Methods: Material Identification and Stamping, Welding, Drawing Analysis, Material Planning, Qc Checking, and QAP Following.
  2. Support Shop Floor Technical Issues on Welding, Machining, and Metal Finishing Operations Throughout all the Projects on the Shop Floor.
  3. Ability to apply geometric Dimensions and tolerance and Study ASME language on blueprints.
  4. Expertise in managing documentation/record/paperwork to ensure its accuracy.
  5. Writing & reviewing the detailed document and explaining the work & its results, in terms of product purity and activity.
  6. Preparation of a detailed Manufacturing plan & Project Schedule in Excel.
  7. Responsible for ACHE Header Box Fabrication, Tube Bundle Assemble, structural Fabrication and Assemble.
  8. Proper Prepare the Daily Plan and Monthly Plan, Project Plan vs Actual.
  9. Follow the Project QAP and Coordinating the Third-Party Checking.
  10. Preparation for ISO, ASME "U"&"R" Stamp documents.
  11. To suggest Design change advice / Approval to Eng-Dept
